We use Elite Extra for our dispatch software. Elite Extra provides a personalized customer portal where you can view order history, get real-time ETAs, and see pictures of our deliveries. To get set up with your own portal, please call our office and we'll get you set up today!
Determine which email(s) you want set up to be able to log into the portal. You can have as many as you'd like.
You'll be sent an email from the Elite Extra system that tells you how to finalize your account set up. Follow the prompts.
In the future, navigate to customer.eliteextra.com to login and use the login details that you created in the previous step.

If your portal has been set up to allow you to create your own orders, please note the following important points:
Input the pick up information in the "Pickup stop" portion of the order form:
Be sure to pay attention to whether or not the location is an "AM" or "PM" location as this will dictate which route we dispatch the order on. (see below)
AM routes happen between 9:30 and 12:00 noon
PM routes happen between 12:30 and 5:00 PM
After inputting your pick up details, ALWAYS input the delivery stop details as "Crystal Courier Service." Since we're a hub and spoke model, pick ups always flow back through our hub before making their way to the final destination. See image below.
ALWAYS input "Crystal Courier Service" in the pick up details. Again, since we're a hub-and-spoke model, you can assume your pick up will originate at our hub.
After inputting Crystal Courier as the pickup details, input the delivery stop details for the location that your delivery will be made.
Be sure to pay attention to whether or not the location is an "AM" or "PM" location as this will dictate which route we dispatch the order on. Keep in mind: if the route you choose has already left for the day, and we don't have this package in our hands to delivery, we will schedule this for the next available time.

What happens if I input something incorrectly?
No big deal! We can correct it on our end!
First, take a look at the order in your portal to confirm that it's in the system. To do this, go to "Orders" in the upper righthand corner of your screen. This will show a list of all of the orders that we have in our system for you.
If you don't see an order, feel free to create it or call our office to make it.
If you do see an order that needs corrected, call us at 303-534-2306 and we will help get things on the right track.
How can I see order status and what does each order status mean?
Check the status of each order by going to "Orders" in the upper righthand corner of your screen. You'll see the list of all of your orders here. The status is shown in the upper right of each order.
Pending: The order has been created but is awaiting dispatch review to ensure it gets on the correct route.
Manifested: This means it has been scheduled on a route. Once that route begins, you'll be able to see the real-time ETA.
Delivered: This order is fully complete and you can now see pictures, driver notes, etc.
What are the advantages of using the portal?
First, you have a LOT more visibility and control by using the portal. Second, you can input information relevant to you, such as PO numbers, Reference numbers, patient names, etc. Ultimately, you can track items better and give your customers real-time estimates of delivery times.
Why use the portal instead of the pickup order form?
You're still welcome to use the order form to place pick up orders, at crystalcourier.com/order. Once you submit that form, our dispatchers manually input that information into Elite Extra. We're pretty good but, of course, we're human so errors could happen.
Using the Elite Extra portal allows you to directly input orders into our system, reducing potential data entry errors.
*We ask that you only use one or the other methods as using both the portal and the order form (crystalcourier.com/order) could create duplicate orders.
