Crystal Courier Imports is a leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of gifts for a new age.  We have been a leader in the new age gift wholesale industry since 1984 and have initiated many of the trends in the market today.  We travel the world to find unique products for specialty gift stores and we strive to bring you products that you will not find in ‘big box’ stores. We currently bring in our products from Brazil, Peru, Tibet, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea, Mexico, Canada, South Africa, India, Hong Kong and China. We also carry many products made right here in America. In fact, we are the home of Lighten Up Gifts™ and Crystal Essence™ candles and essential oils. We craft the unique Lighten Up Gifts and hand poured our premium Crystal Essence candles at our facility in beautiful Denver, Colorado.

If you are interested in reselling our products and have a valid sales tax license, please follow the procedure below.  If you are a current wholesale customer, please contact us and we will set up your wholesale website access.  

 

1. Complete and submit the wholesale inquiry form.

2. Email, snail mail or fax a copy of your sales tax license and/or UNIFORM SALES & USE TAX CERTIFICATE - MULTIJURISDICTION.

3. Once we have reviewed your sales tax compliance, we will contact you via the account information supplied in your wholesale inquiry form and you will have access to wholesale pricing and wholesale only areas of the website!

Thank you for your interest in a wholesale account with Crystal Courier Imports!  Below are a few important policies for wholesale orders.


 


WHOLESALE ORDERS


Our minimum wholesale order is $100. All first time orders are prepaid with credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.


 


PROOF OF RESALE STATUS


Crystal Courier is required to have a physical copy of each wholesale customer’s sales tax license or Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate on file.  We would be happy to email a copy of the Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate to you, or it can be downloaded at the Multistate Tax Commission website.


 

SHIPPING

Customer pays shipping and handling.  Free shipping offers through the website (if offered) are not valid on wholesale orders.  All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise prearranged. Orders not shipped via UPS are subject to an additional $10.00 handling fee.


 


RETURNS & DAMAGES


Damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Returns are accepted with prior authorization only. An authorization number must be obtained and printed clearly on the outside of the box for all returns or the shipment will be refused. All returns other including damaged or shipping errors may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Closeout items cannot be returned.


 


BACKORDERS


Crystal Courier will create backorders on all out of stock items. We will contact you to  ship back ordered items upon availability unless otherwise notified.
